[ofw] enabling LSO causes IB_INVALID_PARAMETER in ib_post_send() ?

I believe that "enable LSO" should mean "Enable LSO if the hw supports it".
This was the idea that we had with checksum.

We need to check what went wrong. Until then feel free to disable it.
