Minor whitespace refactoring to enhance code readability.
No functional changes!!

OpenIB code has long been set at tab stops == 4, sans code imported from Linux which is ts=8.
Given outlook tabs are 8, the diffs appear badly misaligned when inserted as text although TortoiseUDiff views the patch files correctly aligned.
The point being I've included the patch files instead of inline inclusion.
