Sounds reasonable.

Does IB ACM impact other CMs? Such that other CMs behavior and/or functionality is changed?
BTW, what does ACM stand for? Another Communications Manager??

The version bump (2.3 --> 3.0) is mainly due to upcoming RoCEE changes, Winverbs changes would seal the deal.
