If you run with the NDIS 5.1 IPoIB driver, does it work?  I'd like to find out if this is a regression with the NDIS 6 version, or an issue we've had all along.  I suspect the NDIS 6 driver just because these problems have been recent for us (DHCP has worked well for quite some time until we started running the NDIS 6 IPoIB.)
