Yes. Due to limited visibility I get the impression osm_vendor_mlx_sa.c is not used much except for Windows/IBAL.
I say this due to the missing support for OSMV_QUERY_MULTIPATH_REC queries.

osm_vendor_ibumad* appears to be the mainstay, which is even more reason for windows to transition to umad.
