[ofw] opensm error during startup

After building and installing the ofa software stack, I tried to run opensm.  It failed with:

Error from osm_opensm_init: IB_INSUFFICIENT_RESOURCES.

According to the log file, the reason was:

[Apr-20-2011 12:04:02:435][0BE8] 0x80 -> OpenSM 3.3.6 UMAD
[Apr-20-2011 12:04:02:435][0BE8] 0x02 -> osm_vendor_init: 1000 pending umads specified
[Apr-20-2011 12:04:02:435][0BE8] 0x01 -> osm_db_init: ERR 0x3: Failed to create the db directory:C:\Program Files\OFED\OpenSM

After manually creating c:\program files\ofed\opensm, opensm started fine.

It appears that opensm has a hard-coded path requirement.
