[BUS] In *_get_bus_relations() routines, pass p_bfi instead of ca_guid; skips lookup of bfi + cleans up code.
Additionally since fdo_query_bus_relations() will not call *_get_bus_relations() routines with a ca_guid == 0, remove code which special cases ca_guid == 0.
White-space cleanup.
