[ofw] SRP debugging level

Hello,
  If at all possible I would suggest using the Mellanox WinOF 4.40 (or beyond) IB stack for Windows.
SRP on winOFED assumes a rather old SRP target interface.
Bottom-line is the SRP support in the Mellanox stack is more current and there are Mellanox folks who can assist.

Sorry - winOFED has faded from the landscape due to lack of participation.

I'm trying to determine why SRP is not assigning target numbers with WinOF. Is there a way to change the debug level without compiling? Where can the output of SRP_PRINT be found?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
