Yes. Begin with Section 9.9, which describes how the "hardware" detects and
reports errors, then follow up with Section 10.10 which discusses how the
errors described in Chapter 9 are reported and handled at the verbs layer.
Chapter 9 describes a thing called "LEMA" which stands for layered error
management architecture, which is the basis for error management of an IB
link.
