[Users] Firmware upgrade appears to have broken driver

I was able to recover the original firmware from one of my other cards:

# mstflint -d 06:00.0 ri fw-25208-4_7_400-MHGA28-1TC_A1.bin

And then burn that:

# mstflint -d 01:00.0 -i fw-25208-4_7_400-MHGA28-1TC_A1.bin -nofs burn

And now I'm back in business!
