[Users] IPoIB not working on Windows 2008 r2 - need help

I don't know how to do that. I'm not really a Windows person ;-)

Problem looks like it's at IPoIB level as prefix is set properly in that
port. Just IPoIB isn't using it per that saquery -m 0xc000 you did.
