[Users] Help with IBsim

Hi Robert,

The documentation is not very good here.  I've dug into the code to once
or twice to recall what to do.  I can't remember the exact input
(internal document server is down right now), but you definitely will
require the quotes for input, i.e.

clear "2c903002b174a"

It's also possible you need the "H-" or "S-" designator too, so like

clear "H-0002c903002b174a"

One of these should work.
