[Users] problems compiling compat-rdma

Hi.
I am currently trying to install OFED-3.12-1-rc1 but I am facing issues
when building the compat-rdma. I am able to build it when using the
--without-core-mod option in configure. What does the core-mod contains?
And will compat-rdma function properly without? I have not been able to
find any documentation explaining what core-mod does.
