[Users] Openfabrics website issues?

Hmm.  Interesting.  I keep getting a "Connection Interrupted" error in
Firefox, and "ERR_SSL_FALLBACK_BEYOND_MINIMUM_VERSION" in Chrome.  I'll
have to keep digging some.
