[Users] OFED for Windows 3.3 release on hold

Hi there!

I’m watching the ‘roadmap.txt’ since July 2013, and I’m wondering if there
is actually something „happening“ / progress?

I’ve got a bunch of MHGH29-XTC cards in my home lab and I really would like
to use them with Windows Server 2012 R2. 

Also if there is a need for testers I’m willing to help J
