[Users] Call for sessions: OpenFabrics Alliance Workshop

Hi everyone,

The next OFA Workshop will be held on April 4-8 2016 in Monterey. The 
Technical Program Committee reaching out to the community for 
presentations. You will find the Call for Sessions attached to this 
message.

Note that there will not be a separate “user group workshop” this 
year. The user-focused topics are now part of the OFA Workshop, and 
we’re hoping this will brings better value to both the developer and 
user communities.
