[Users] is the website supposed to be down?

I was able just now to click on the link below and open the openfabrics.org site.

This webpage is not available.  Is this intentional?

Chrome says "The webpage at https://www.openfabrics.org/ might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address. Error code: ERR_CONNECTION_CLOSED"

http://www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com/www.openfabrics.org says "It's not just you! http://www.openfabrics.org looks down from here."
