[Users] Update mellanox drivers

[Russell Dekema]

As far as I am aware, the mlx5 driver works with Connect-IB,
ConnectX-4, and ConnectX-5 cards. The mlx4 driver works with
ConnectX-2 and ConnectX-3 cards.
