[Users] Update mellanox drivers

It's possible I'm wrong, but I do not think mlx5_core will work with
the mlx4 hardware drivers.

The bug report you linked suggests that the warning from OpenMPI is a
false alarm, and that it will go away if you upgrade to
openmpi-1.10.1-1.el6. You might consider giving that a try.
