[Users] Unable to detect devices when running ib_send_bw

Centos 7
Infiniband Support packages from OS repos.


On 2 identical systems I am unable to run the ib_send_bw util. On system A it runs as expected and waits for a connection. When I try to initialize on system B I receive the following error:

Did not detect devices
If device exists, check if driver is up
Unable to find the Infiniband/RoCE device

Even though ibstatus shows the following:

ibstatus

Any help with getting this sorted out would be appreciated.
