[Users] Mellanox Fast registration

Hello,

When using fast registration before we do an RDMA write we should set the
remote_addr field in the ib_rdma_wr. But I'm unsure what that remote_addr
should be. Should it be the physical memory address of the remote memory
region? It seems to work that way, but I haven't been able to find
documentation on that. For FMR it seemed like that needed to be a zero
based virtual address.

Any clarifications on that would be appreciated.
