[Users] Clear Linux OpenSM support?

Hi,
The Clear Linux packages opensm from the OpenFabrics downloads.

However, even though we can install opensm, doing so does not create files
such as opensm.service, /usr/libexec/opensm-launch, etc.

In asking for help on the Clear Linux community forum, I was told:

of the project and the amount of development activity.

I am far from an expert, but I can see for example Fedora's files set of
files here:
https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/opensm/tree/master

What is your policy with this respect? What would it take to get the
necessary files upstreamed?
