[openib-general] OpenSM died a horrible death

Shahar tried this (and also DGID 0) as a test cases and OpenSM responded
just fine with an error response and did not doubly free some memory nor
die a horrible death. So this message does not provide a clue as to what
caused this. Hopefully this can be reproduced so it can be understood
what is going on in OpenSM.
