[openib-general] [ANNOUNCE] new kDAPL location

As discussed at the OpenIB BOF at OLS, I've add the kdapl sources to

gen2/trunk/src/linux-kernel/infiniband/ulp/kdapl

and the kdapltest sources to

gen2/utils/src/linux-kernel/kdapl/dapltest

I've made a few modifications to better align the kdapl directory and 
file structure with the rest of the code tree.

I'd like to thank Tom Duffy, Bernhard Fischer, Sean Hefty, Christoph
