[openib-general] ip_dev_find symbol missing

I cannot get the current version (3915) of the OpenIB stack to compile.  It
gives me:

drivers/infiniband/core/cm.c:2836: error: structure has no member named `send_buf'

Or did I forget to apply some patches?
