Yes, makes sense.  I think there have been some updates and fixes to
CMA code (loopback handling, etc).  Sean, when you get a chance, can
send me updates for the rdma_cm branch?  Even a single rolled-up patch
against the head of that branch is fine -- it's easy for me to split
up and update the individual patches.

For iSER review purposes, I think the rdma_cm branch should be OK
for the time being.
