Though it may not be related to this error, one issue that I see is
that this kernel version
may not work with OFED-1.4. OFED-1.4 has a list of kernels it supports
and I don't think
2.6.24-19 is supported. One option could be to upgrade the kernel to
kernel.org 2.6.26.
