[Ofa_boardplus] Off-cadence Board meeting this week

Since we did not have a quorum last week, we were unable to conduct
Board business.  We will try again this week.  The Bylaws vote is
official and the new Bylaws were passed, so the Board now needs to
take actions appropriate to the situation and do the work of vacating
long standing policies that are now in conflict with the new Bylaws
and adopt new policies that are in accordance with the new Bylaws.
Please attend if at all possible.
