[Ofa_boardplus] Agenda for this week's Board meeting

We will have the normal Board activities.  However, in addition, there has
been a motion put forward by Sandia to cancel the FSDP and disband the FSDP
WG.  This will be a votable event.  And for the first time, the "good
standing" status of directors will determine who has a vote to cast.
Please plan to attend this week if possible.
