[openfabrics-ewg] Request for documentation of the Open Fabrics Gen 2 verbs/API

Some customers write their applications straight to the Gen 2 verbs/API.  To
serve those customers, we need documentation/user guide for the Open Fabrics
Gen 2 verbs/API.  Any takers for this effort?
