[openfabrics-ewg] Building patches etc from git?

Hi, Tziporet -

There doesn't seem to be any information around on how to build a source
tarball with kernel patches and userspace sources and so on.  I need
this so that I can put together a suitable ipath patch.  The build
process seems to have changed since OFED 1.0, and it's no longer clear
which script I should try to run, or with what options.
