[openfabrics-ewg] madeye cannot be compiled on latest driver

I just want to make it clear that we will include madaye utility in OFED 
1.1 only if it will compile with OFED 1.1 kernel sources.
I don't care if madaye changed in svn or backport patches are used.

Hal - can you take this?
