You're right, no sense rehashing ancient history (and certainly Voltaire
has had years to contribute to openib SDP if it had an interest in doing
so).  However, just for the record, Libor later told me that he felt the
CPU usage numbers were likely inaccurate -- he believed the difference
was just coming from the fact that the Voltaire SDP was spending more
CPU in interrupt context, and my measurement was missing that CPU time.
