[openfabrics-ewg] db-devel requirement?

Clarification: In general iSER kernel module was enabled only on SLES
10. The issue was only with the user level part of iSER and this was the
part that is fixed for RC5.

I am installing on a 2.6.9 kernel (RHEL4) -- can the installer be smart
enough to know that it shouldn't install oiscis and iSER packages?
