[openfabrics-ewg] New series of teleconferences

A new series of OFED bi-weekly teleconferences has been created; an  
Outlook invitation was just sent to this list containing the details  
(global dial-in phone numbers are listed at the bottom).  It's at the  
usual time slot: noon US Eastern on every other Monday, starting 4 Dec.

The topic of the 4 Dec teleconference will be discussion of what  
features will be included in OFED 1.2.

* Developers are requested to send implementation time estimates of  
their features so that we can build a reasonable schedule and have a  
good plan for v1.2.
* All others are also strongly encouraged to view and comment on the  
first cut of the features / platforms / etc. for v1.2.
