[openfabrics-ewg] SDP max throughput

Here's an another example, look on page 5 of the attached PDF.  This
data is from an HP DL145 with Cheetah DDR.  SDP max throughput drops
with message sizes larger than 32KB, this dropoff does not occur with
the Topspin SDP driver.
