[openfabrics-ewg] Cisco SQA test results for OFED 1.1 rc5

All testing was done on RHEL4 U3.  No new bugs were found, overall
things are looking very good.

We have still not done any testing on RHEL4 U4, SLES 10, IPoIB HA, and
SRP HA yet.
