[openfabrics-ewg] Applying kernel patch to OFED on redhat

This is a valid concern, but how will customers tell your OFED apart
from the released OFED?  I think we would need also to add some more
info, say to /usr/local/ofed/BUILD_ID, where you could describe the
differences.
