[ewg] OFED 1.2 RC1 is delayed to Wed April 4

I don't support making the change to IPoIB CM as a default this late in
the release. We're well past Beta, and onto RC 2. Some of us have
concentrated our testing on the current default for OpenIB, and its
leaving things a little late to debug any issues that might come up.
