[ewg] ConnectX FW 2.6.0 is available

People requested that I will notify on the new ConnectX FW release
(2.6.0_

Main changes and new features in this release include:
- Support at GA-level for VPI
- Support for QDR interoperability with InfiniScale IV switch platforms

Note: The following OFED 1.4 features can be activated only with FW
2.6.0:
- Use the same device as one port IB and one port Eth.
- Fast register MR send queue work requests.
- Local DMA L_Key.
- Raw Ethertype QP support (one QP per port) -- receive only.
