[ewg] Tough time with ibverbs

Wow, thanks a lot for that reference.  I was actually wondering how to set
up a connection without using the ad hoc socket-exchange method in
pingpong.  You saved me some time.  Do you know of any good source examples
implementing a simple connection setup/teardown using the rdma cm?
