Hello Amar,
Where /usr/share/man/man7/verbs.7.gz file comes from?
Can you remove this file and rerun OFED-1.4 installation?

Try the latest OFED-1.4 daily build from:
http://www.openfabrics.org/builds/ofed-1.4/

Note:
IPATH, and dapl-v1 installation will fail.
So, get ofed.conf file:
 > ./install.pl -p
Edit ofed.conf, set:
ipath=n
dapl-v1=n
dapl-v1-devel=n

To install OFED-1.4, run:
 > ./install.pl -c ofed.conf
