My name is Maxine McCarthy and I work at LSI Corporation (who is an OFA Corporate Member).

Is a user account at www.openib.org/ to required to access any restricted documents?  It appears an account is not necessary. (My question is not about subscribing to the OFA mailing lists.)

If an account is necessary, where do I register for an account at your website?
