Hmm, is it really needed?

PerfMgr is disabled in OFED build, so when one needs this it will be
necessary to pull source tree anyway. Right, it could be extracted from
SRPM, but I guess "latest and greatest" will be more useful then.

Although it could be useful as promotion. Other opinions?
