[ewg] [PATCH] rnfs-utils not being installed on RHEL5.3

Hey Vlad,
I tried to install OFED-1.4.1-rc2 on the RHEL5.3 system, and I hit a
bug.  The rnfs-utils SRPM is not being selected to be installed, even
though this is one of the platforms where it should be installed.

I am not a perl expert, but it appears there is a bug in the logic that
checks the kernel version.  I modified it and was able to get it to
work (see the attached patch).  This is probably a bug in RHEL5.2 as
well.
