Ido tested perf-test on PPC64 and its working

Vlad can build RC6 - that should be the final RC for OFED 3.5

OFED 3.5 status:
==============
- RC5 done on Jan 17
- Few issues with performance tests found. Last issue with PPC was fixed today.
- UNH tested it and approved it pass on all their systems
- Mellanox to test on PPC
- RC6 will be built after we verify perf-test has no more issues .

OFED documentation:
- Need to update the RN to include RoCE support - Tziporet & Rupert
