[ewg] Is ofed-3.5 and 1.5.4.1 compatible?

Verbs are not the same since in 1.5.4.1 we had XRC support in user space.
Regarding protocols - IPoIB should be the same
Not sure if it was tested.

Would it work if I connect 1.5.4.1 nodes and 3.5 nodes to same fabrics?
Is there any change at protocol level that may break compatibility?
