[ewg] OFED 3.12 RC1

Hello All,

 

We had an OFA EWG meeting yesterday and decided that we should try to
resolve all remaining OFED 3.12 issues and produce RC1. I have attached the
meeting minutes which outline the critical issues that are blocking the
release of 3.12 RC1. Please review these and make every effort to resolve
them by the RC1 deadline which is 9:00 PM Pacific, this Friday 2/21/2014
