Hi Adit,
Please send a new pull request.
If the user-level library will be added to rdma-core then it will be 
included in OFED-4.8 automatically.
OFED-4.8 GA date is not set yet, so, I think that there will be no issue 
with vmw_pvrdma inclusion through rdma-core.
