[ewg] OFA EWG meeting is cancelled for Monday Jan 18

Cancelling Monday's meeting since it is a US holiday, MLK day,
and some people including myself cannot attend.

Let's reconvene on Feb 1 and continue to work via the email list
in the meantime.
